MyISS.

Welcome to the MyISS knowledge portal. MyISS is every ISS’ employees one stop shop for accessing information. MyISS allows you to:


Access your payslips and pay information


  • Edit your personal details like home address and phone number
  • Apply for leave
  • Access employee benefits and company news
  • Nominate a colleague for a HERO award; and
  • Register your vaccination status”


Registering for the first time

STEP 1.

You can login and register into MyISS anywhere with an internet connection using your PC, MAC or mobile phone.


On your computer you can go directly to our MyISS login website (https://myiss.au.issworld.com) and click on the “Register Here” button


Alternatively you can download the MyISS app from your phone through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store for Android users. Once the app has downloaded you can also click the “Register Here” button at the bottom of the screen.


STEP 2.

You must then enter your employee ID number (as shown on your payslip) and click submit.


STEP 3.

You will then receive an email with a link to set up a new password. WARNING, this link expires after 15mins.


STEP 4.

When you click the email link it will ask you to make and confirm a new password. 


NOTE: if you have logged in previously and have forgotten your password, please click the “forgot password” link and follow the instruction.

    In this section you can see all your basic personal information. You can also edit your contact details, emergency contact and home address by clicking on the pencil button.

  • Latest News

    In this section you can see all the latest communication from ISS Pacific. 

  • HERO Nomination

    HERO is our internal recognition programme. Any ISS employee can nominate another ISS employee for a HERO Award and will go in the running for great prizes. In this section you can digital nominate your colleague for a HERO award.

  • My Vaccination Registration

    In this section you can register your Covid 19 vaccination to go into the running to win a share of $100,000

  • Channels

    In this section you can see news and information specific to your part of the business.

  • My Benefits

    For Australian users of MyISS, this section will take you to an external page where you can browse, retail and experience discounts as well as pet insurance and home loan offers.

  • My Wellbeing

    For Australian users of MyISS this section will take you to information on our Employee Assistance provider, Benestar as well as detail some offers from our private Health Insurance partner Bupa. 

  • My Leave

    In this section you can view your current annual leave balance as well as request future leave. You will also be able to access and view historical and upcoming approved leave. Please note that when we go to People@ISS you will not be able to see historical leave requests from before People@ISS go live. For more support on this please contact your local People & Culture representative

  • My Pay

    In this section you can view and access your payslips. Please note that when we go live with our new Human Resources Information System People@ISS this will be the primary way to access your payslips. You can also request a copy of a payslip be emailed to your nominated email address by selected on the relevant pay period and then clicking “email pay info”

  • Payroll

    In this section you can view and update the bank account details that you are paid into.

  • ISS Jobs

    Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

  • My Settings

    In this section you can adjust or update your password as well as log out if you are using a shared device.
